    Classes are held in various locations in Ellon and include Zumba, Kick Aerobics and Strength & Toning. Classes are PAYG and are suitable for all fitness levels.
  2. 1 to 1 Personal Training

    'One to One ' sessions are designed to help you achieve your goals. All sessions are held in my private studio and are built round your fitness level and ability. Nutrition info provided.
  3. Semi Private PT
    Semi Private PT
    Semi Private Personal Training is a way to work on your goals while working out with others. There is maximum 5 per group and you are given your own programme to work on.
About Me
My name is Caroline Zanre and I have been involved in the fitness industry since 2002. I hold the following qualifications  Exercise to Music, Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Zumba, Stability Ball, Kettlebell, Pre and Post Natal Programming and First Aid. I am very passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals in a safe and fun enviroment. I provide 1-1, buddy and semi private personal training sessions, as well as different fitness classes.

I participate in ongoing training and edcational/technique workshops on a regular basis. I want to ensure all my knowledge is current and up to date so I can provide the best service to YOU. The course I am currently working on is Nutrition (complete in August) with more to follow throughout the year.
