Exchange & Refund


We offer 30 days return. Any reason of items can be returned back during the time.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

We will take full responsibility If the reason caused by us like items received are damaged or not correct.

Returned item must be unused and in the same condition as the time you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For defective item,you may also provide us the photos and we will solve the problem at customer's request (Refund or exchange and no need to return)

Items that will not be eligible for a refund

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery



Your refund will be processed and you will be informed once your return is received and inspected, 
money will be only refunded back to original method of payment(Paypal) within a certain amount of days.



If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your paypal or bank account again.
Then contact paypal,it may take 3-5 days for them to process it if you pay by credit card through paypal.

All returns must be shipped back with the trackable shipping service and you must get confirmed with us first and then provide the tracking number to [email protected]
